Crown Holdings, Inc. Partner with DOOR3 to Launch New Global Corporate Web Site

Based on Crown's Brand-Building Packaging™ ethos, the site was created to help brand managers, designers, packaging engineers and other specifiers learn more about the benefits of metal packaging. The site also showcases Crown's role as a partner for the design, implementation and production of packaging that increases turnover at the retail shelf, adds differentiation and builds consumer loyalty.

"The launch of our new Website is just one example of how we are building and strengthening relationships with customers and with the industry overall," says John Conway, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Crown Holdings, Inc. "The internet offers a fast, direct, and cost-effective medium for us to communicate success in our industry and to address the main market drivers influencing the many industries we serve worldwide."

The new Crown Website covers key trends and technologies in industries from food and beverage to cosmetics and personal care to household and industrial markets. In addition, Crown's five business divisions are represented, giving visitors quick and easy access to product data and direct contact details.

A dedicated Innovation & Design section focuses on Crown's unique innovation skills. Intended to foster creative thinking and be a source for inspiration, this portion of the site features exciting new technologies, concepts and award winning packages, an innovation timeline and much more.

B2B Marketing

“We had the same corporate identity for 25 years. It was time for change. We’ve grown considerably, expanded into new markets, and opened up offices in Europe and Asia. Our logo was no longer reflective of the company we had become. In addition, our identity didn’t reflect the way technology was changing our business.

DOOR3 came in as strategic partner and applied meaningful process and innovative design and technology strategy to our corporate identity needs, both in print and on the Web. As we prepare to launch our new brand in 2005, DOOR3 continues to provide strategic consultation on our brand, marketing and technology needs. They have exceeded our expectations of process and results.”

"What DOOR3 brought to the table right away were relevant expertise, strategic focus, powerful analytical techniques, the ability to really listen to client needs, and a commitment to delivering value on time and on budget."
